The document ‘Recreation in the Irish Countryside’ published by Comhairle na Tuaithe is now available in the Members Section of the website. The document outlines the rights and responsibilities of countryside users as well as those of landowners and is well worth familiarising ourselves with as cavers in relation to the Occupiers Liability Act, 1995
